據(jù)日本共同社報(bào)道，針對近期有言論稱東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)可能將再次延期或停止舉辦，日本內(nèi)閣官房長官加藤勝信1月13日回應(yīng)表示，日本政府將繼續(xù)為今年夏天舉辦東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)和殘奧會(huì)做準(zhǔn)備。

The Japanese government is preparing to host the Tokyo Olympics this summer as scheduled， following a postponement caused by the coronavirus pandemic， Chief Cabinet Secretary Katsunobu Kato said on Wednesday。

1月12日，東京奧組委主席森喜朗也發(fā)表公開講話，承諾東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)所有賽事將如期舉辦。

#八成日本民眾希望奧運(yùn)會(huì)被推遲或者取消

盡管日本政府和東京奧組委強(qiáng)調(diào)舉辦東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)的決心不變，但許多日本民眾的信心出現(xiàn)了動(dòng)搖。

日本共同社的一項(xiàng)最新民意調(diào)查顯示，由于疫情呈惡化趨勢，超過80%的日本民眾希望東京奧運(yùn)會(huì)和殘奧會(huì)取消或者再次推遲舉行。其中，35.3%的被調(diào)查者希望奧運(yùn)會(huì)被取消，44.8%的人希望奧運(yùn)會(huì)再次推遲舉行。

Over 80 percent of people in Japan say this year‘s Tokyo Olympics should be cancelled or delayed as worries mount regarding a record surge in coronavirus cases across the country， a Kyodo News poll indicated on Sunday。

The survey suggested 35.3 percent want the Games to be cancelled and 44.8 percent favored another delay。 The world‘s biggest multi-sports event， postponed last year due to the pandemic， is scheduled to be held from July 23 to August 8 in the Japanese capital。

#多地進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)

目前，日本國內(nèi)的疫情形勢依舊嚴(yán)峻。

1月13日，日本首相菅義偉宣布大阪、京都和兵庫縣等7府縣進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)，暫定持續(xù)至2月7日。此前，日本首都圈 “一都三縣”——首都東京及周邊的埼玉縣、千葉縣和神奈川縣已于1月7日進(jìn)入緊急狀態(tài)。

緊急狀態(tài)下居民的行動(dòng)和商業(yè)活動(dòng)受到了限制：民眾被要求盡量避免外出;餐飲場所被要求縮短營業(yè)時(shí)間，在晚上8點(diǎn)關(guān)門。

Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga declared a state of emergency over the COVID-19 pandemic in seven more prefectures， including Osaka and Aichi on Wednesday， broadening the scope of the measure amid a resurgence of the pandemic across the country。

The newly declared prefectures， including Tochigi to the north of Tokyo， Gifu in central Japan， Hyogo and Kyoto in the west， and Fukuoka to the southwest， will keep the state of emergency in place through February 7。

Under the state of emergency， people in the affected areas will be asked to refrain from making unnecessary trips outdoors， and restaurants and bars will be requested to close by 8：00 p.m。

Japan has already declared a state of emergency for the Tokyo area last Thursday， which will also run through February 7。

The Asian country now has nearly 300，000 infections since the start of the pandemic， and over 3，900 people have lost their lives。

#全面禁止外國人入境

另據(jù)日本放送協(xié)會(huì)(NHK)1月13日的報(bào)道，日本政府將暫停與11個(gè)國家和地區(qū)實(shí)行的相互放開商務(wù)人士往來的措施，這意味著除特殊情況外日本將“全面禁止外國人入境”。

此前，由于在英國和南非等多國出現(xiàn)了變異新冠病毒，日本政府2020年12月26日發(fā)布消息稱，該國從2020年12月28日起，暫停來自所有國家和地區(qū)的新入境，不過包括中國、韓國等11個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的商務(wù)人員、留學(xué)生和技能實(shí)習(xí)生，可在一定條件下入境日本。

Japan will suspend an exemption that allows entry by business travelers from 11 countries and regions， effectively banning all foreign travelers from entering the country， in an effort to curb the COVID-19 pandemic， broadcaster NHK reported on Wednesday。
